Greenpeace is an environmental organization that strives to achieve various goals through campaigning, organized activism, and peaceful protesting. The organization has a large and actively engaged member base, and they seek to expose global environmental problems and to promote solutions that are essential to a green and peaceful future. The organization offers over 20 internships every semester, with each internship focusing on a specific environemental policy area. Greenpeace provides interns the opportunity to work on a daily basis with experienced environmental activists, and to participate in trainings such as campaigns, non-violent direct action, corporate research, media relations, and more.
