Congressman Tom Price has served as the representative for Georgia's 6th congressional district since 2005. He serves on the Committee on the Budget, where he is vice chairman, and the Committee on Ways and Means. Internships with Congressman Price’s office provide a valuable opportunity to learn about the functions of the House of Representatives, as well as Congressman Price’s role in representing the 6th Congressional District of Georgia.

Ellyn Echols is a 2010 graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in International Affairs. After UGA, she spent a year in Cairo, Egypt with the American University in Cairo Presidential Fellows Program and got to watch the revolution unfold firsthand. After returning from Egypt, Ellyn moved to DC to work for AECOM International Development and now continues her work with them as the Program Support Manager for the USAID-funded Stability in Key Areas (SIKA) East program in Kabul.
