DC was the absolute time of my life in every way. I am so grateful for this opportunity.

Brief bio:

Political Science and International Affairs Major specializing in National Security and Intelligence. I worked in Senator Saxby Chambliss’ office on the Military/Foreign Affairs team. I also worked with the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. It was an amazing experience.

From connections I met there, I began an internship at Northrop Grumman in Aerospace Systems.

Why I went:

To have work experience and learn the city.

Favorite spot to visit:

Anywhere on the mall! Founders Island was my favorite spot. Anywhere near the Potomac was cool too.

Most memorable day:

Everyday was amazing! I feel like I keep saying that- but so true. So many great memories.

Why I'm glad I went:

Everything was amazing! I grew professionally and personally.
