The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars (WWICS) or Wilson Center is a Washington, D.C.-based think tank named for former U.S. President Woodrow Wilson. The center is a public–private partnership with approximately one-third of the center’s operating funds coming annually from an appropriation of the U.S. government.
