Abby Herring is a junior interning for the Department of State. At UGA, she is involved in the Russian Flagship Program, Russian Club, and Glee Club. She has worked for 3 U.S. Congressmen and a U.S. Senator, and is now in her dream internship at the Department of State. Upon graduation, she aspires to work in the foreign service. A fun fact about Abby is that she speaks Russian, and has studied abroad in Latvia (3 times!) and studied away in Hawai’i to learn Russian!
