Aura Avrunin is a senior interning with the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. On campus, she is cochair of the community service committee at UGA Hillel, a peer tutor in Biology, Ecology, and Government, Secretary of Ecoreach, and has conducted undergraduate research with the Bassinger Weed Science Lab and the Wurzburger Terrestrial Ecosystem Ecology Lab. She aspires to be an environmental attorney or prosecutor after graduation. A fun fact about Aura is that when she was little, she wanted to be a librarian, and it’s still her happy place.
