Kristalee Gonzalez-Perez is a junior interning at the American Enterprise Institute. At UGA, Kristalee is the treasurer of the mentorship club known as Latinos Invested in the Students of Tomorrow. She also recently completed the Richard B. Russell Security Leadership Program, where she learned skills useful for a career in national security and conducted a research paper on soft power and video games. Additionally, in the summer of 2024, she interned at the Columbia County District Attorney’s Office. Upon graduation, Kristalee aspires to work at a think tank or somewhere abroad. A fun fact about Kristalee is that she has two pet turtles she picked up from the middle of the road!
